Situated on the banks of the Thames at Marlow Lock, this handsome chalet is designed for use as a holiday home or weekend retreat, but it suitable for all the year round living with heating and all services.
Inside it consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen diner and spacious veranda. The base cost of this type of building starts at £33,995 and construction took a mere four weeks.
The owner obtained planning permission prior to going ahead and the local authorities found the design and styling of the building fitted in well with the area.
Visits will be arranged so that you and your guests will have individual attention from a specialist in showing you around. I estimate an hour would be sufficient to take a tour and have any questions answered.
Refreshment and drinks will be freely available. Children will need careful supervision as the site is on the river!
