Project Management
We have the expertise and resources available to bring in your project on time and within budget. Our services include the complete production schedule, detailing all aspects of the build process including, but not limited to, delivery schedules, build time scheduling and installation resources. Additionally we can offer fee based turn key project management.


Pan-European Expertise
Working with our manufacturers we have developed buildings and production techniques to suit regional climatic differences.

For example log construction in the Mediterranean differs significantly from that required for developments in Northern Europe.  These buildings would have laminated logs as opposed to "standard logs" which are thicker and more likely to crack in the higher temperatures.  Laminated logs have a lower moisture content which resists shrinking, warping and cracking: all problems that occur in the Mediterranean.  This information is freely available….just ask us.


Our Installation Teams
We have a number of experienced installation teams who are very knowledgeable about our products; we can make them available to assist you on-site, anywhere in Europe.
Local labor may initially be cheaper, but with our own teams time-to-completion may be significantly lower given their superior knowledge and experience of our installations.


Our Manufacturers
Our primary manufacturer is ISO9001 accredited and has achieved this accreditation for "Total Quality Management" in the manufacturing process.  This accreditation also has a positive "knock-on" effect and as a result all doors and windows supplied are fitted with Insurance approved locks.


Design and Planning Service
We use three dimensional CAD (Computer Aided Design) when a concept visual is required in your marketing and sales process.  We can help with specific designs for your particular development site. We also can take off the planning and building control applications for any type of project.
